What was my role?
As Creative Manager at The Venture Beyond, I led the end-to-end creative strategy for a diverse client portfolio spanning jewelry, skincare, food, fitness, and entertainment.
I was responsible for designing high-CTR (click-through rate) ad concepts aligned with each brand’s vision, translating them into detailed briefs for the design team, and writing compelling copy for both internal and client projects.
Beyond ideation, I managed the creative team's daily productivity, oversaw project budgets, and directly analyzed underperforming campaigns to implement optimization strategies that consistently improved ROAS (return on ad spend).
